Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier responsible for the delivery.

The estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped.

In some cases, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • High shipping volume

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier logistics and operational delays

  • Customs clearance procedures (for international shipments)

Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number by email, allowing them to follow all updates regarding their shipment.

Delivery Attempts

The carrier may make one or more delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the package may be:

  • redirected to a local pickup point, or

  • returned to the sender.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the order to be resent.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged or is not delivered, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
